Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original CLINTS box with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects and approves the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
